Clint is a born and bred skeptic. So it was only natural after getting involved with the paranormal as an investigator to become CPR Investigations resident Skeptic Analyst. That isn't to say that he doesn't believe in the paranormal, he has in fact experienced several occurances that defy reason. However, he has experienced far more than can be easily explained through basic logic and reasoning. He is very open to the theory, first-hand accounts and experiences but believes there is most often something else other than the paranormal involved. Because of that, Clint approaches every situation and case seeking tangible proof of the paranormal.
Clint is a writer and lifetime student of folklore which he often applies to his research methods. Clint is an investigator and Skeptical Analyst.

Dan was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. After starting his own publishing and merchandising business when he was 18 years old, he has pursued a creative career of working with the entertainment industry in a variety of capacities. Always curious and fascinated in mysteries and the unexplained, he nurtured a healthy interest in the paranormal but didn’t become truly inspired to investigate it until he met his wife, Karen, who has had a couple of paranormal experiences in her life. Now, the two of them are devoted to exploring and trying to understand paranormal activity. Part skeptic/part believer, Dan has never had a paranormal experience so he is interested in investigating truly haunted locations and having a first-hand encounter. He likes the idea of using scientific methods and realistic explanations to determine, first, if an occurrence can be explained before labeling it “paranormal.” Dan is a real history buff so exploring old buildings and the people who lived in the past intrigues him and fuels his interest in this world by allowing him to peer through a window into the past.
